On my web-based radio program, CelebratingYourPotential.com I take guests into realms they usually don't go in a very relaxed and informal manner eliciting responses beneficial to my listeners so they can realize their own potential.

I am also a seminar and workshop leader sharing my smoothies with assisting women of baby boomer age in staying healthy so they can do what they need to do. I speak to various women's groups on various topics which you can find on my website.
